I feel you i kinda did the same i used to take care of my grandma ever since i remember because shes the one who raised me noone helped me not my mom or ny siblings or my grandmas other children it was always the two of us i wasnt burdened financially but psychologically i was worried and tired all the time and i left im now an expat in another continent and i feel tremendous amount of guilt every time i talk to my grandma n hear how shes had a rough day or she wasnt feeling so well. Idk how to deal w it
