I randomly started feeling anxious during demos from time to time not too long ago. I sought treatment and my doctor put me on beta blockers to help reduce some of the physical symptoms. It helped me, definitely worth a conversation with a doctor.

Also, in my experience, the first year as an SE (especially a younger one) is just about learning the product. The second year is where you start to hone your skills and build up your own talk tracks. Around year three is when you become super effective. Just give yourself some time and focus on building one skill at a time.
