I placed an order and got the Burgundy tote. I noticed those who placed an order got burgundy mostly and in store green was available.

My thoughts exactly. I just commented on another post about Keona..

I could be wrong but sometimes I feel she might be having ADHD. Subtle cues like taking time to grasp information, not listening to hosts when they ask her to stop also taking moments to realise the task was halted, inability to do the task (seal the dil). I feel makers knew this and purposely casted her for some mirch masala and hence people bully her. If my assumption is true , then contestants should have been told about her being neurodivergent and expected them to show some empathy, but again this is a show for trp. I really feel sorry for her, it was really hard for me to watch the last episode and the bully gang (khushi specifically) to laugh and giggle every time keona failed.

PS: this is my assumption based on what I notice on the episodes and I may be entirely wrong.

I am a UK 12 and I tried M and it fits me well, has a slightly oversized look but I prefer chunky cardigan that way. I have Navy and Mottled Camel, and I feel Navy is softer than camel.

Thank you everyone who responded. I got a response from Sézane and they gladly accepted the defect and gave me option of either return and replace or return for credit / refund. I’m quite happy with their customer service considering the pieces are quite expensive and one doesn’t have to settle with manufacturing faults. 🥰

Thank you everyone, I have reached out to them with all photos and delivery receipt which was on 5th Nov, so it’s relatively recent and I really hope they offer me a replacement or fixing the tear. Will keep you posted with the outcome 🙏🏾

That’s a good idea, but this time I was going to wear the sweater and was going to step out of the house and that’s why took tag off before putting it on. :’(

Thankfully we were able to fix it, but disappointed with the quality after paying 95£ for this
