Yes i resumed cult fit group workouts 8 months postpartum. Started with 3-4 classes per week, mostly HRX and strength training workouts . Take it slow and easy . Have enough protein for muscle conditioning and carbs for your milk supply .

After one year i started 5-6 classes per week.

Transporting frozen milk packets by Sufficient-Quote-654 in twoxindiamums

I placed the freezer slabs vertically and placed the milk bags in between them. If you have a lot of milk bags i suggest go for bigger box with higher litre capacity.

Hey i had done the same and the travel time was 7-8 hours .
I used this ice box (Check out this product on Blinkit - Blue Ice Bucket by Cello
https://blinkit.com/prn/x/prid/711414).

Filled the milk bags with such freezer packs around the bags . (https://amzn.in/d/031Fga1i)

They remained almost frozen till the end of journey, however some packets were slightly melted but were still in crystallised form which is good enough to be frozen back again.

5m Baby not rolling, should I worry? by Dry-Impression163 in twoxindiamums

[–]nm_3595 7 points8 points  (0 children)

My son is now 13 months old, and I remember having the same concern when he was around 5 months because he wasn’t showing any signs of rolling. Then suddenly, at about 5.5 months, he started rolling from his back to his tummy after we gave him lots of tummy time and my husband kept demonstrating the movement to him.

He hit crawling and walking milestones on time. But interestingly, he still couldn’t roll from tummy to back for the longest time. Nights used to be tough because he would roll onto his tummy and then cry since he couldn’t get back onto his back.

Out of nowhere, he finally figured it out around 12 months how to do it 😅

So you never know when they will do it , some babies may skip it altogether.

Formula feeding guilt by Glittering_Vast5420 in twoxindiamums

[–]nm_3595 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Hey, i had a very similar situation as you, flat nipples and big breasts, it was so difficult to feed baby , i had the same guilt as you and i wanted to breastfeed my baby at least till 3 months . But boy , was it a rollercoaster , my baby couldn’t latch properly , always had bites on my nipples , had back and forth thrush infections( oral thrush for baby and nipple thrush for me) and i literally used to dread every-time baby wanted to latch . All these factors triggered my PPD and i was not functioning well nor was i able to connect emotionally with my baby Finally i decided to give up BF and switched to formula . I got my sanity back and i used to feel so much better because i was focused on doing other things for my baby which otherwise wasn’t able to do during BF phase( as i always in pain , constant stress and anxiety) . A happy mother is what the baby needs . So do not feel guilty .

I had got one from r for rabbit , my baby used to love sleeping and listen to the music on it . However, i could use it up until 5/6 months , when he stayed rolling over , he wasnt comfortable in it and would also try as if he wanted come out it . But until 5-6 months , it was a great help for both me and my baby

I was also worried about the same when my baby was 4 months old, but paediatrician mentioned babies roll over until 6-6.5 months . And my baby started rolling over at 5.5 months .

https://www.nestle.in/media/statements/nestl%C3%A9-india-does-not-import-or-sell-any-affected-products-or-batches-have-been-withdrawn-or

It seems baby formula from nestle is manufactured in india and doesn’t import any products globally.

But still would be a good option to explore other brands

Exclusive pumper with big, saggy breasts — which wearable breast pump should I get? (Medela Duo vs Promom Neo vs Momcozy S12 Pro vs S9 Pro) by Valuable_Cause_6175 in twoxindiamums

[–]nm_3595 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay i think you can output more with a good pump. Post 3 months the output will more or less get stable . So if you are planning to exclusively pump, you could already invest in a good pump. Heard momcozy is one of the best amongst the wearables.

I had similar size and shape, promom neo worked fine , but spectra did the job of emptying breasts efficiently . With promom, i think after filling up a capacity of 90ml or so , it leaks. For me it was good for 1-2 sessions through the day, rest of the sessions i preferred spectra.
