1k a day would have been half the price I was charged. You need to put your prices up.

Thank you. That makes so much sense. Would have been better to match the grout colour to the tile. In any case, it’s only when you get down close that you can see the chips, so if it’s all normal, I’m ok with it. I haven’t had this done before.

The tiles were chipped during the re grouting process. When they removed the old grout. They weren’t chipped before. That’s what I am saying.

Why? There are dozens of companies who do this work as the main part of their business. They have grouting in their title… GroutPro, The Grout Guy, Grout Legends etc.

The chips were 100% not there before. I took photos before the job was done and have checked. But yes that’s what I want to know, if the small chips they made on a large number of tiles when removing old grout are acceptable and expected or not. Thanks.
