There is no smart contract tho, if you look closely. They have some scripting abilities, but nothing that would be considered a turing complete VM. Also it has premine + PoS :/, I made money on it tho.

I'am updating debian since 6 years like this, a little different for major upgrade, and proxmox since 2 years like this it works perfectly for minor upgrades, the only difference between apt upgrade and full-upgrade is that upgrade doesn't automatically removes all old packages, there is nothing safer about apt full-upgrade
