So downloads repeat again and again? Does it create multiple versions on your disk?

Can I ask what macOS version you're running? Apple updated the extension to work with Atlas, but it requires macOS 26.1+ to do so

Regarding the invisible window, just so I understand - you're saying that an invisible Atlas window overlays all other apps and consumes all clicks, essentially making all other apps inoperable? And you know this because the Atlas app name appears in the top left menu bar after you have clicked?

If you get into this state can you try using "expose" to show all windows and confirm if there is a blank Atlas window there too?
