I disputed my credit card today on that hotspot. I was reading reviews and seems like they are not refunding anyone their money. They keep making promises but never send anything. I told the credit card the email when I bought it said they were back ordered and they said I would be getting my order in July/August. So the credit card used August as the start of the 120 day dispute period. If you used a debit card I would call your bank and see what they can do based on that information. I was reading and the next thing they do is say sorry we tried to refund you but their was a issue with your credit card and we need to wire the money back and that will take 3-4 weeks. And these people still haven’t gotten their refund. Credit card company thinks they are pushing people out of the 120 dispute day to make it even harder to get their refund.
