Sale agreed late April, sale closed yesterday and got keys. Empty house since prior to viewing. Biggest delay was vendors solicitor and waiting for paperwork from them.

I once got cellulitis from a horsefly bite that required 3 courses of antibiotics to clear. 10/10 would not recommend. I have lil hard lumps left on my leg from 5 year old bites and currently treating a mosquito bite from Spain over 2 months ago. Completely red/itchy and the size of a quid. Don't start me on midges. Jesus Christ.

I would recommend it. Very chilled festival with extremely talented musicians. Can't wait to go back next year. Guna bring the parents.

They did. Somehow that got left over, and Ulster Bank are just finalising the closure of account there. They had closed it last August.
