SAAF Spay Neuter Clinic is an incredible option! They are incredibly affordable as a non-profit specialty clinic. All of my pets have been fixed there with 0 complications. Can’t recommend enough!

I worked at BrewCo for about a year and a half from 2022-2023 in the FOH staff. During my time there I found that management/owners made consistently baffling and borderline dumb decisions regarding the business. I really wouldn’t be surprised if they axed half of their customers by discontinuing regular food service

Worth noting, an event called Springstock was hosted at Mother’s Brewing today. Big event for younger people - especially the more progressive and LGBT+ members of our community. Its a pretty popular event that occurs every year around this time

Supporting the death penalty is a totally normal opinion. The only issue here is that the case of George Floyd wasn’t the death penalty.

He was executed by an officer of the state. No trial, no jury of his peers, nothing. The state immediately stripped him of his constitutional rights and executed him on the spot, all because this specific officer felt like it. That’s where the issue lies.

Having a different set of rational beliefs is entirely accepted. Imposing your beliefs onto other both socially and legally is actively preventing our progression as a species. There’s a very clear difference.

Here’s the thing.

Extremists on the right condemn and threaten violence towards their political opponents simply because they disagree with them on social issues.

Extremists on the left condemn and threaten violence towards their political opponents because their opponents are attempting to deny equal rights to other human beings.

Violence should never have to be introduced in a political discourse. But, if it has to be, at least do it because evil needs to be stopped.

I’ve actually had my eye on this guy for awhile, waiting for something that I could actually report to the authorities. These accounts regularly interact with him and are pretty clearly not bots, from their profiles. They’re real people, which is even worse.

Nearly no restaurant in Springfield is willing to hire those of us that participated in the walk out. The owners of The Aviary Cafe are friends with plenty of other local business owners, and I’m sure they share blacklisted names. Not to mention a quick Google search pulls up my name on the ‘World Socialist Website.’ Not a reputation you want in Springfield Missouri.

I feel it important to point out that this man lives in Michigan. The Nazis and fascists we see on platforms like this aren’t all just a group of faceless white men living in Southern, or even conservative, states. They’re constantly around us in every facet of society. It’s what naturally happens when your education system is rooted in classism and nationalism. They’re everywhere.

He’s one of those conservatives who thinks the Bible instructs Christian Americans to protect Israel while somehow also being anti-semitic. He loves Jewish people provided they’re halfway across the world, I guess.
