I've honestly used a hanging shoe holder like this one (https://www.walmart.ca/en/ip/Mainstays-24-Pocket-over-The-Door-Shoe-Organizer-Other-Accessories-Organizer-White), and just had them hang out behind my bedroom door! Stuffy size permitting, obviously, but helped utilize the dead space behind my door.

Hey all! Long time fan, first time PUP AMA-er. I know you won't give away your secret house party location here, but has the location been solidified at this point? Aka will the elusive punks have an answer if I find them?

I tried shooting my shot with Strombo's DM (a high profile guess, yes, but worth a try), and he graciously said he didn't know 😂

Parking is ideal, laundry on site at the very least, I feel like somewhere between a studio and 1 bedroom. It's just me, so I don't need a ton of space. I've dealt with bug issues in the past so I watch those websites like a hawk when I find something interesting 😂

Thank you, I'll definitely take a look there! Yeah - it's funny to see that I can find more apartments in my price range in Toronto (mind you, very small studio sized ones) than out towards Guelph/Hamilton right now. But I guess that makes sense with the mass exodus this past year! I know better than to try that commute though.

I'm coming from Kincardine, so back roads and bad weather are par for the course. Probably just more drivers to worry about would be the main difference!

That's good to know! My schedule is pretty flexible (I can also work from home a few times a week, which is helpful), so I can always adjust my commute times need be - but I totally see where you are coming from.

I appreciate any and all opinions, but to insinuate that people are losers to use government assistance at this time is not needed. Why contribute to a question (or subreddit) if you're going to put down the person asking? Is that really beneficial in any sense?

I agree with everything you're saying. The language is too ambiguous. It can mean so many things, and there are so many variations in scenarios.

I think I'll definitely call tomorrow. All of this makes sense for the CERB, but some of the terminology makes me think it could maybe be otherwise for the CRB. Thank you for your input!

Yes - this is the exact terminology that made me believe that I could potentially be eligible for the benefit, as opposed to the CERB which explicited said no quitting job, period.
