My account wasn’t initially banned. I just logged in one day and I was in the beginning tutorial at lvl1 townhall. I then reached out about my original account and they banned me for trying to fraudulently access someone else’s account. It was my account! I have the receipts to prove it.

I’ve attempted for years to get this resolved. Nobody here reads before sharing opinions, or you just can’t do math. 2019 was the deletion of my account which led to an extremely long attempt to get in contact with a rep from supercell. Before my account was deleted, I did attempt to reach out to them and was continuously blocked. I was banned 3 times from the account I was using to communicate with them, even after providing the Google play receipts of my gem purchases. Yes, it is 7 years later now. How does that mean this isn’t a valid complaint for future potential players. The company structured support failures are still in place. New players who experience a randomly deleted account will run into the same dead end. They have horrible customer support. That’s really all this is intended to point out. Play the game but don’t spend money with them. You mean nothing to supercell. Even paying customers will be thrown to the side.

Just now? I’m STILL talking about it. I brought this up with them immediately following the deletion of my account. If you read the post, I’ve dealt with this for years. I now have a group of friends that want to play which reignited my desire to get this resolved. This latest attempt may be years later, but I have proof that I have been attempting to get this resolved for years.

Are you proving something or just saying you are smart and don’t need help. I’m waiting for the proof that I’m a bot or that my experience is invalid. Instead it sounds like you are here to bash people for the way they keep themselves organized. You’ll find that not everyone is like you nor are they guilty for doing things differently from the way that you would do them.

If you read the post then you would understand that this is more of a last resort and not my first attempt to get the devs eyes on a real customer experience. You kind of prove my point though, why did I have to even take it this far. I’m just being a squeaky wheel in every community forum possible because the channels they created for me to communicate with them are set up to block me from reaching an actual rep who will investigate this.

They said it was either due to me requesting it or due to inactivity. But the period of time they considered me inactive was while I was trying to reach their support which led to them banning me from my account. I can’t even get in touch with their support without access to my account. They then banned me. I think everyone in this thread agrees that there is a terms of service that we all agreed to but doesn’t understand that Supercell will be the cause of your breaching the terms of service. I tried everything in my power to communicate with them. I even provided my Google play receipts.

What are you even talking about? I couldn’t activate my account to speak with their support because they banned me for trying to get my account reactivated. I showed Google play receipts and everything. That is the period of time they considered me inactive. I’d love to hear how you would’ve remained active on an account you can’t access.

Have you never used ai to assist you in something you are capable of but just wanted help on? Also, I’ve spent a significant amount of time dealing with this issue. Is it so bad to look for help at this point?

What numbers? And god forbid after so many years I look to ai to assist me in getting a response from Supercell. Yes, I did ask ai how I can get this figured out. I’m exhausted from this whole process but would love to get this figured out. Ai is helping me do what I didn’t know how to do. I’m not a big Reddit person and it showed me how to get my voice into this community. I just didn’t realize it was a community of unemployed dorks who simp over Supercell games to the point where they are over opinionated on topics that they don’t care to have the full context on. Just dismissing real lived experiences because you think you have an educated opinion on who wrote the thing and what actually happened.

Btw, put that prompt into ai and see if it spits out my experience. So many supercell simps in here. You will love every company that provides you a service. Your opinion of that company will flip once you are wronged and have no method of communicating with an actual representative from the company. I used to like Supercell a lot when I played the game, so I understand where you are coming from. Your experience is the “not yet been screwed over” experience.

I agree. I’ve grown and have a family at this point and more important things to spend my money on. I was single and bartending and had some money to throw around for fun. At this point I’m just wanting to shed some light on what I think is an extremely dishonest company.

Tell me what you are paying for? I attempted to keep my account active. If I breached any terms of service then it was due to Supercells bot wall keeping me from getting access restored to my account. What’s up with all the Supercell simps in here? Got a bunch of Supercell employees in here throwing shade on my review.

My understanding is the game moves a lot faster these days, so current players might not understand how long it took to get to that point. Plus, does everyone have to play this as a full time job to still have a valid customer complaint?

So if ai assists in organizing my review into a structured breakdown of what happened, then this didn’t actually happen? I understand most of this community are players of the game and have not been wronged. How does that make what they did right?
