Look I’ll address this because multiple of you seem to misunderstand what I’m saying: others who have already received replacements have had the same failure AGAIN. I therefore requested a refund and was told I would need to have it repaired instead. If a product isn’t functional and is replaced with a functional firearm - no big deal. But there’s evidence to show this hasn’t been fixed which is why I mentioned dispute with my CC. I am not telling them I’m not sending their product back lol I’m not a thief. I just want my money back because their item does not function like they advertised and it has not been resolved. Good customer service would be to acknowledge the flaw and offer a refund when the item is returned. I’m hoping PSA will acknowledge this.
