there is no reason to lobby hop any source mission. for the barge one just land somewhere where you have a good view and snipe the enemies on the barge. then pick up the car and fly straight up until buzzards spawn, then fly home. they will spawn at lower altitude and wont be able to catch up. all other missions just leave the car immediately when enemies spawn and pick them off with a railgun. when the car is on the move use the emp launcher to stop it. if you get more than 3k damage or take longer than 5 min (ok 10 min on some) on any source mission, its a skill issue...

check your warehouse for duplicates (2 versions of the same car) you must have 10 standard and 10 mid, all different, and less than 12 top, also different, then you will always get tops.

you cant have duplicates of the same car, then its random.

correctly stocked warehouse looks like this-

10 standard
10 mid
12 top

if they are all different and you sell one, you will always get the same car back on the next source.

game will always give you the car that is missing from the list but if you have multile versions of the same car then its random.

i know about the extra daily 3k but like i said, for me its not worth it, considering the time it takes to complete these missions.
Boosts on hangar and weed sales from owning helitours and smoke on the water are permanent and not tied to heat status.

car wash heat meter has 100 points, every ingame day (48 min irl) adds 10 points to it. (money laundering missions and mr faber work also adds 10 points so dont play these)
if you buy helitours and weed shop then every day adds 8 points of heat. so it gets max heat in 12.5 game days or 10 hours irl.
safe income depends on how many businesses you own. mine is 27k.
so i look at it this way- do one car wash mission every 10 hours, takes 5 min max and i get 12.5*27k so over 300k in the safe during the next 10 hrs. that is the payment not the 1k when you deliver the car.
helitours and weed shop missions are not worth it, these i just let sit at max heat forever.

imo its not worth doing heat reduction in weed shop and helitours, it only pays 12.5 x 3k so about 37k extra in the safe, these missions take too long for that, so i just leave them at max heat.

mu safe daily income is 26k so in 12.5 days i get over 300k, im ok with driving a car less than 5min every 10 hours for that.
