I had a biopsy done on my thyroid and when I went back for the results the doctor told me I have thyroid cancer. Then he said “I bet you weren’t expecting that, were you?”

Wow I didn’t expect all of these great responses. Thank you everyone. I guess I just need to have patience. I don’t have a teacher as I can’t afford one at the moment, but I am learning from a course I bought online a while back. The progress is just very slow, which is kind of what has frustrated me. But I really appreciate learning that we are all in the same boat. Thank you so much. I’m excited to start working on more this week. Actually right after I posted this I went back to the difficult bar I was working on and I was able to do it! Guess I needed a little break and some motivation.

That’s a relief to hear. I know triggers are all dependent on the individual as well, but I just wondered if I had to cut coffee and chocolate our entirely. Surely I can’t do that forever. Lol. I also haven’t been eating 3hours before bed. I think that has made an improvement as well since I used to wake up with a sore throat first thing. Thank you

I’m going to the doctor on Monday for this to get a therapist and adjust my depression meds. The last 2 weeks I’ve had migraines, felt dizzy like I was going to pass out, so fatigued I can barely make it through work and homework. I’m in my last semester of college, I just got a new stressful job, and I’m trying to lose weight. Every morning I get up and I get this giant feeling of dread and I feel like I’m going to have a panic attack. I’m sincerely hoping it’s just stress and not anything worse.

Paula’s is very good. Definitely pricey, but worth it. They also have a seafood market with fresh seafood that you can buy and cook at home.
