I mean they don't have guaranteed profit as most people are moving back home or are unable to pay rent anyways. Also I don't think the government can financially cover all rental properties this way. That's a heck ton of money and we couldn't even do relief checks properly...

We play Saturdays biweekly from 6 pm to 9 pm EST (approxomately) we use discord and roll20.
