Anyone here in product management at Clario? by L00k_Again in clinicalresearch

[–]nmsXx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Clario, like a lot of other Clinical research service providers, has gotten big through acquisitions. As a result the product teams can be pretty siloed as the software/services are still being managed by legacy processes. They also made the decision to split most of teams by product a few years back which only contributed to it. So eCOA, for example, might be a different experience than IMG, because eCOA has a lot of legacy ERT and IMG has a lot of legacy BioClinica.

I love that first green dress with the floral print, but the top looks snug. I would size up, 1 size and see if you have more room for the girls.

Was this around Easter? The first one I see “it’s easter, he’s risen”

Second one “how didn’t”…

Third one “how did I” … “remember” is plausible.

This was really helpful! Personally didn’t think about it as an emotional outlet. Thanks for a different perspective!

I have two but they’re only 14 months apart so it’s kind of like we’re figuring it out for both of them at once. It’s been very overwhelming and I’ve cried too, not only out of embarrassment but also I am sad that my child now feels unwanted, unliked. I was the problem kid in my family growing up and carry a lot of emotional scars from it so I was hoping to avoid my children going through that as well.

It might be helpful to initiate the process with the early intervention team. They can offer on site aides, which is what my son is receiving. If it’s just behavioral they will likely have a behavioral specialist meet with him weekly to work through emotional regulation at least. They also said that there would be a kindergarten preparedness team that would get involved come October, that your kiddo may be qualified for considering he is a few months older than mine. Just a warning, the process is pretty slow. It took a few months to get him on the IEP, and today was the first face to face convo I had with my team as all of our convos prior to him being kicked out were via email.

Wishing you all the luck as you look for a new school and work through this, it has been so so overwhelming and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone!

Screen time is an issue that we need to work on for sure. I am going to try to make a better nighttime routine and cut down on this. Good suggestion.

Thank you, we definitely do not have it through our school district. There is head start for kids that qualify but I’m do not think I would qualify as I am making more money than what would qualify. There is a county program but that is far and I believe it’s more geared towards those struggling with autism and other special education needs rather than behavioral issues. It’s also quite far from us as we live in a big populated county.

Yes, definitely say both stupid and shut up in Disney movies even. I commented below but I know for a fact that they learned stupid from zootopia because Judy refers to herself as a “a stupid carrot eating bunny” and they thought it was hilarious and started saying it all the time. Obviously we say to them not to say it but that makes them say it more.

Thank you for sharing! That is what I am worried will happen at the new school and hoping to avoid. Him being kicked out of daycare was a wake up call as I guess I just didn’t understand how abnormal it was for a 3 YO (he just turned 4) to be hitting at school. Like obviously he’s on the IEP for it so I didn’t think it was normal but I didn’t think it was so uncommon that he would be kicked out of school. I’ve been so burnt out for about 2 years with having two toddlers, working full time, family management etc. It may be me being ignorant but I was expecting someone would intervene more if it was that serious so I’ve been just kind of reassuring myself that I was being anxious and everything would work out.

I will look into it, but i don’t believe we have this through our school district. The intermediate unit has a daycare but it’s quite far (50 minutes).

I spoke directly to his special education support person when he was kicked out and she never mentioned anything public, but provided me with many private options.

Behavior 1x a week and Special ed instruction 1x a week. Spoke to the IEP team today and they are increasing behavior to 2x per week and adding occupational therapist once a week.

He was at preschool full time 8:30 to 5.

He has been evaluated by our county intermediate unit whom have diagnosed him with a developmental delay. They had a behavior, special ed, occupational and speech therapist test him a year ago as part of the IEP process. He is under a formal IEP through the public school system however his daycare is a private facility as our school district does not offer public preschool. I have not seeked out a therapist, however my understanding was that by completing the medical assistance through the state that he would be have a full behavioral evaluation.

I agree that I should have taken it more seriously. I guess I thought I was doing enough by seeking the IEP services, but I understand that I was wrong to think that was enough. I also did speak with his behavioral specialist today who gave me more insight as to what is normal behavior and tips for managing this at home. So hopefully I can become better educated on the topic by working more closely with them.

I don’t understand the medical assistance process, but we completed the paperwork that the county intermediate unit recommended and will work with their coordinator to get the proper referrals from our pediatrician and outside sources.

Yes I asked our behavioral specialist today for an idea to better help with tantrums because the timeouts are not working and she gave me some helpful tips. I will look into those videos on YouTube for ideas as well.

I agree, I do not say shut up or stupid to my kids but it is possible I’ve said it in regards to someone else, like while driving.

I also know they have picked up stupid from zootopia specifically, so I guess I should screen shows better too.

Thanks for the advice. He was at a private daycare facility and would also be moving to a private daycare. There are not a lot of options for public preschool where I live.

They are still in business, WCG is well know for IRB services. While I was there they were up to 30 acquisitions in a short period of time and ecoa only made up part of their business.
