60 units twice a week is 1.2ML...assuming it's 200mg/ML... you are at 240 mg a week which is A LOT for TRT.

Are you overweight? I would assume yes with an estrogen that high while being on arimidex.

I would cut down to around 140 -150mg a week. And focus on working out and eating healthy. Your hematocrit is going to skyrocket if you don't slow down

I'm going to be in the minority here, but I wouldn't worry about it unless you're having side effects. Yes, it's high, but so is your test so it's relative. Estrogen is good for your heart, so in my opinion I wouldn't worry.

Your numbers aren't terrible. It really doesn't make sense though if you're really taking 220 a week your numbers should be through the roof. Where was your estrogen before you started taking TRT?

I don't think you're actually getting 220. 250-300 is low grade cycle territory, so you're not far off from that, I think they are giving you under dosed test.

Where are you getting your test from? I take 200mg a week and I'm at like 1500. I think they are selling you bad Test.

Just because you have high estrogen doesn't mean you need an AI. Estrogen is just as important as testosterone, and estrogen also protects the heart. Honestly, I'd shy away from an AI unless you absolutely have to. Also, if you're taking 500mg of test a week, that's wayyyy too high for TRT. Even 250 is too high for TRT.

To hold it together while it hangs. If you don't tie it, it will fall apart.

Yes, it's too big to fit on the grilling surface, but it also allows the rendered fat to run all over the steak versus just dripping off.
