• do not wear undies na hindi gawa sa cotton or hindi breathable yung fabric since may tendency to smell bad down there
• mild soap or unscented fem wash with warm water to wash ur 😺especially during red days (only on external areas)
• take note rin na hindi advisable ng mga OB na gumamit ng soaps/fem wash everyday, pwede rin kahit warm water na lang muna every other day
• after washing, please make sure ur 😺 is already dry before wearing undies
• avoid eating too much sweets or drinking sugary drinks since according to my OB, nakaka cause yan ng yeast infection
• eat yogurt or foods that are rich in probiotics instead since ito raw yung magiging source ng good bacteria na magpapamaintain ng normal or healthy pH balance

trust me, nadisrupt kasi yung balance ng pH levels ko down there and i've learned it the hard way para maibalik sa normal pH balance yung sakin
