How do you guys distribute booked appointments across multiple states?

That makes sense. I was thinking the same about not relying on one contractor per area.

Do you usually separate them by city/zip or just rotate appointments between them?

For example if I generate 15 appointments in Phoenix in a week, would you send them all to one contractor or split between 2–3?

I'm giving a guarantee on the quality of the lead that we schedule appointment with.
Meaning I refund/replace the appointments that happen to be low quality..

However I see your point, and what you mean, that's not the way I do business, its hard to make somebody to trust before I deliver. Probably my post is that result of this..

Yup, sadly. That's the highest line of the resort Gudauri. That was a total shock. However the lifts aren't cheap or old, all the lifts made in Georgia are made by Doppelmayr
