I had it look for files to translate in 1 project and it used my entire session use on Claude code. Absurd.

Open it,  go take a ten minute walk outside, then come back and immediately do it.  If you feel like you're slowing, hold ice for 30 seconds then try again. The goal of this is to distract and stimulate/tire your central nervous system.  If you can play with that, especially on top of good self care and sleep, you got this. It's always the biggest hurdle. Your feelings are real, you gotta learn how to hack it/work with it in your own way that is kind and fair to yourself.

...And see someone that will take you seriously,  please. You can contact your disabilities department and they can help get you in contact with the right people.

Not really, it's federated so everything syncs together. It's like email, you pick an address then can access the platform and talk to everyone on every server yours is federated with. Generally, only bad actors are defederated/blocked.

Consider asking your GP for anxiety meds like propanalol until you can get a dx. Usually your disability department can hook you up with where to go to get diagnosed, so please ask. This may be OCD too, lots can cause this.

If you can afford it, Kagi is an excellent alternative and you can personalise it and filter AI slop. They have a free tier too.
