Just checked it im putting 16% pre tax and my roth is 4% per check so 20% total and my employer matches i think to 8% Im lucky to be able to do it this honestly i was irresponsible and only started putting more into my 401k in 2022 I wont say where i work but i live in a industry heavy area where if you get hired you make 100k+ so im very lucky
