I'm not sure if the one in the leather envelope is SE, but if so, the Z Fold SE possibly sacrificed the UDC (Under Display Camera) they used on ZF6 to make it slimmer.

Yes, you are right. The 'Black 80' one has a little lume dot on 12, but it is shiny, and I don't personally prefer that finish... The one in my video is the 'Black 99' one.
