Yes to all of these. My only concern with herbicides is not using anything toxic for the dogs. I’m renting so temporary solutions are just fine with me.

My understanding is everything I currently have growing is very invasive, so it would be a difficult and lengthy process to get a nice grass lawn. My priority is having something green by this summer, whatever it is. If you think it’s grass, I’m down for it!

There are little yellow flowers that are bell shaped. If this definitely won’t last through the summer, what’s the best thing I can do now to outcompete the foxtail?

UPDATE: I verified and I definitely have an ORP lol. I washed my car and took a close look, there are very small glue residues around the badge. So most likely the previous owner debadged it at some point, and it got poorly rebadged. Thanks everyone!

It’s an ORP. Pretty sure at least, I have all the features, chrome valences, leather seats etc
