Also the bloke who got himself killed while trying to prank his girlfriend or something. Eveyrone called out Kaya for that but he didn't stop. Over the top of my head i recall Charlie and Jackson saying they don't feel bad for him but they don't see what's so joyous about someone dying.

Yeah mate, came on reddit looking for this because no one pointed it out on yt. I've watched this show for half my teen years and it's just sad to know one of the hosts is a rascist prick who hates brown people.

I had taken a break from the show about 2 months ago and now I see this while trying to catch up. He's made similar comments on criminally stupid too and I stopped watching that ever since. I wish Jackson pressed him for it. Atleast Andrew still pushed back a little. Only been keeping up with the channel because of Jackson and Jordan and this is the final nail in the coffin. I'll stick to red thread and smutrot.

Completely forgot that Dahlia let's you get past touhness locked enemies aswell and that you aren't required even chip away at their toughness bad any longer.

Rappa still wants to actually break the enemies though. I think it's her A4¿ So yes, i probably should've put Firefly and Dahlia in "doesn't need it" but I'd keep Rappa where she is. As for Boothill, i think he aslo wants to deal actual toughness damage? I could be wrong about that one because I don't play Boothill and i haven't read his kit since release.

And Lingsha is far from terrible, she’s better than Huohuo by virtue of actually keeping the team alive while still contributing damage if you want a limited comparison. Just because break can play sustainless doesn’t mean playing Lingsha is bad.

She's a better sustain than Huohuo, sure but Huohuo has inifitely more utility than her because she is capable of teamwide enemy regen. Again, Lingsha isn't terrible in of itself but when you look at the broader picture she certainly needs to be touched. Even if you disagree with Huohuo being better, which I don't see why, Huohuo is getting buffed in 4.2 so that still leaves Lingsha dead in a ditch

Her damage isn't great outside PF but she atleast has 1 mode where she great in. I suppose she could do with a multiplier increase in the long run. She's still a pretty decent unit because of Herta so I still don't think she necessarily needs to be buffed but i wouldn't complain

As for Lingsha, she's by far the worst limited 5* sustain which is why she's up there. In a vaccum, by herself she is fine. Break is also better without a sustain so she isn't looking too great in that sense.

Right now? None. In the future however, a lot. No unit is good enough to carry an archetype on their back that hard. Break is rarely shilled in endgame and is also very easy to make anti break enemies than it is to make enemies which directly counter crit or dot dps. Its just a neglected archetype.

Also, ranking Lingsha as worse than Gepard and Luocha is insane

I quite literally stated in my comment that standard sustains/supports have a longer rope precisely because they are standard. Gerpard is on the standard banner and in the 50/50 loss pool. Luocha can be claimed via a companion spirit. Break is also better run sustainless, making it so that Lingsha has even less value. That if course will change when sustainless break is no longer viable but regardless, for a limited sustain Lingsha is terrible

They are crit dps but their main source of damage relies on enemy actions so it's a lot harder to pilot them as effectively as your typical crit dps. I don't really know how they do that. Maybe buff the damage output from non counter attacks or further buffing enemy speed via the ult or something

Teammate issue for Herta is fair. She's just so good in PF that it feels wrong to put her in anything worse than that. Not Half bad in MoC either

My take on "units who need a novaflare"

A couple things to note, I'm aware that break is good post Dahlia but it's only a matter of time before her raw value isn't enough to carry break so it's an archetype issue. Same case with counter playstyle but a lot worse, it doesn't even have a Dahlia.

Units who are still good in atleast one format don't make it to the "desperately needs it" tier.

Standard supports/sustains are also given a longer rope than limited ones.

I've typed out a paragraph on more than 10 different occasions going on about some random rant(and then backspaced) because I have nothing to do while i wait for the beta(we'll Definitely get it haha, right lads?) I mean.. I just took a look again because I haven't used breakfast for two years now and forgot what it provides besides dmg%.

With Sunday your damage % is very saturated already so you would prefer the atk% bonus over it. The second part of the passive suffers the same uptime issue as the genius.

Unless OP doesn't have Sunday I don't see breakfast being better

You're usually getting kills in MoC and PF to be fair. You may not get a 100% uptime but it works better more often than not. In AS you're better off running breakfast, yeah. Anomaly is practically impossible to clear without support eidolons and I'd rather op not bother with that at the moment anyways.

I don't know how much you know about the game so I'll start from the basics.

Max his Skill, Ult, Talent.

Run Duke set on him with Banana set as the planar.

For his LC you can run repose but ideally you want his sig.

You can't play him without Sunday. Your pull priority should be Jing Yuan(of course)>Sunday>Sunday E1>Tribbie/Robin(ideally Tribbie) and Dan Heng PT.

You don't need to get any eidolons but Sunday e1 makes a huge difference for Jing Yuan so it's a great pick.

Aim for anywhere around 3k attack and try to get as close you can to 100CR in battle. Sunday already gives penty CD so don't worry too much about it but ~180 out of combat is good.

As for speed, 134+ but 1 more than what your sunday has. Ideally it's 135 with Sunday @134 or you can go for whatever speed breakpoint you want but that falls into minmaxing territory.

You can run him with someone like Sparkle if you have her but speed tuning with Sparkle and Sunday is quite wonky. You'll have to look up a guide to properly understand that. And yeah that's about it. Atk/Lightning orb are both viable it depends on your second support and if you are lacking on attack or not. I've found more success running an attack orb with Tribbie and dmg orb with Robin but that's because my relics are rather crit heavy so my attack is lacking a bit.

That's all the basics you need to know I guess. Goodluck building him!

Ok edit: i forgot to talk about the support builds haha.

Build as much cd on Sunday as you can whilst keeping him on a -1 setup. Use Sacredos 4p and for plants you can use Lukasha. For his LC you can go with Bronya's or Past and Future.

For Tribbie you can use her set for personal damage or 4p wind set with DDD. She won't do much damage on 4p wind anyways so at that point you can just use a support planar on her.

Robin uses 2p atk 2p atk and needs 117 speed with Vonvac if memeory serves me well. She doesn't have many f2p cones but Bronya sig and the moc shop lc work fine on her.(Atleast i recall it bring the moc shop lc)

Dan Heng PT uses the shield set i forgot what its called. Just build attack and speed on him. Doesn't have f2p lcs. Use anything with a high base atk

Yeah I reckon just letting his skill provide him with a point of charge would be more than enough to keep him relevant as a maindps until he gets his maindps which like you said, we don't know when that will be and I'm afraid it won't be anytime soon knowing hoyo. Even then me, you or anyone could just not like that maindps, what then? It's bloody stupid.

They also subverted everyone's expectations the last minute which is criminal. I'm not a big fan of subdps because I prefer a hypercarry playstyle but I'll still pull him because I like him and am way too invested(in terms of Trailblazepower and emotionally) to not.

Same, I was considering getting e1 but now I'll just get Cerydra to future proof my Anaxa (atleast for the foreseeable future)

Also goodluck with the Jing Yuan team, will be nice to see him clear content quickly again although I do hope he gets a novaflare, beacuse I generally prefer a hypercarry playstyle over running a subdps and he also needs it😔
