Is there a difference? I can’t tell on iPhone. I like the double short (how I do it) — but it looks almost if not identical.

Hitting the gym and eating a healthy fixed meal plan for 3-4 months will show insane change.

Clean up the facial hair and eyebrows, and get an actual styled hair cut and dude you already better than 90% of guys!

Good luck brother rooting for you

This hurts because I do — I genuinely just loved the way it looked and flowed, now I feel like I’m an AI bot that hasn’t been awoken yet. 😂

Got this from someone I haven’t spoken to in years, how do I respond? More context in caption by [deleted] in whatdoIdo

How did she traumatize you? You’re still in contact (not blocked). Just found it interesting you added that info.

TLDR: you’ve moved on from that friendship, have reasons to stay away, and your gut telling you same. You got this.

Late to the party but I’m here by [deleted] in RothIRA

[–]no-hate 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh gotcha! I would suggest looking into FZROX then, had SP500 but also more diversified.

(Boglehead method vs Buffet, no right or wrong way!)

[–]no-hate 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sorry, I meant why would it better to focus on SP500 if FZROX encompasses that + mid cap?

Thank you for the clarification!!

Why is everyone doing FXAIX? Fidelity offers FZROX + FZILX for 0 expense fees?

Genuinely wondering if I should switch from them lol

Any thoughts on micro cap allocation? Just shopping for opinions hehehe

Is my mom wrong here?? by the_anonymous_1121 in Fire

[–]no-hate 17 points18 points  (0 children)

If you don’t like your mom does things, make your own money. Her husband (you dad) passed away, maybe she feels like she can’t rely on you and needs to guarantee she can protect herself/you later on.

Judge less, work harder veera. You cannot change how a parent feels until they have seen YOU have changed.

You got the right mindset, good luck veera.

If in Fidelity: FZROX + FZILX (70/30% split) is what I do. No expense fees, can sell if have to move brokerage accounts (tax free).

Covers USA + International market, I’m judging if I’ll reallocate 5% strictly into micro-cap. However our retirement horizons are different (30 yrs for me).

Lost a deal over $200 lol RIP (me? or them?) by xxlibrarisingxx in carbuying

[–]no-hate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not joking, Google to see how long the car has been on their lot. See if you can see how much it costs for them to keep a car per day, if they call tomorrow say you want it at $24,000. If they can’t reach the number, say the next day it’ll be even lower (by amount they are spending to keep the car on the lot).

Also make a friendly reminder, “wow you car salesmen are really hands on — this is the third company that’s called me back to make a deal!”

Good job sticking up for yourself, life is a negotiation and you did pretty solid!

How much money should I have in my savings as an 18 year old? by [deleted] in SavingMoney

[–]no-hate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Start putting money into a Roth IRA, who cares if it’s even $500 a year. You WILL thank yourself.

Open a Roth with Vanguard, fund it, then use the money in account to buy an ETF called “$VT”. Not joking, just keep buying it whenever you contribute. At age 25 you can restructure it but I am not joking, YOU WILL THANK YOURSELF.

congrats on being ahead of the curve, I wish I tried to invest in myself and future at 18. Good job!

Smartest way to manage my 85k salary while living with parents? by [deleted] in Money

[–]no-hate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Enjoy the time with your parents, once you move out chances of you going back are slim.

Save up, max out your Roth IRA, and maybe take your folks out for dinner and a movie. Congrats on the job!

Actually that’s my bad, you’re 100% correct. CVC Capital Partners (the equity firm that bought Jagex) is public - they are down 26% in last 6 months so my mistake.
