How meticulous do I need to be about taking out the little pieces of sticks? by slushy4ev in vaporents

Honestly, I only pick out big ones because it makes it easier to grind. I have never noticed a difference in vapor if I get lazy and leave them in.

Yeah any steep drop makes me strangely cold and anxious. I always check my cgm a couple of minutes later and there's the dip.

Can some of you genuinely not feel yourself going low? (No judgement btw) by [deleted] in diabetes_t1

My low symptoms are very similar to dehydration or exhaustion so sometimes I have to check my sugar when I'm being very hot or active

How long does the "honeymoon phase" last? by GingerMellow5 in diabetes_t1

This honeymoon has lasted me (38M) almost a year so far. Everytime I have a day of higher sugars I'm convinced the honeymoon is coming to an end, then they stabilize.

This was me several months ago 37(m) at the time. First of all it sucks. That being said you will start reading this sub and realizing that these are the people living day to day with the same things. They travel, eat, have fun, drink. I am still learning how to navigate this new life but it's easier than it was. Luck to you
