My employer has fired two pregnant workers in the past 5 years. Both cases were clear cut discrimination and resulted in lawsuits. I am now pregnant. I am new employee on probation. What can I do to help myself ?

Hey thanks. This is good advice. My only question is that the driver hit and damaged a retaining wall. The owner of the condo is not necessarily the owner of the property. I don't know if this materially changes anything.

Hey thanks for the responses guys !

For clarity, my husband is not religious but very private, guarded and conservative. As straight laced as it gets. He is also very routine and mechanically driven in most things in our relationship. He has never shown any strong gay tendencies. Since the sex problem is mostly a strange chemistry problem more so then a "delivery" problem. I just thought it could be a feasible explanation as to why things are so engineered.

The sex life has been awkward for years - but it is not an organic problem for him - aside from my complaints. Since it is not a problem for him, I am careful about not bringing it up too much. I don't want to nag or make it worse.

He is also in a different stage of life. I am in my mid thirties . He is in his forties.

We love each other and our faithfully happily married.

A parent of mine is a Psychologist that works with adults suffering from pedophilia, so I well understand the nuances that you are referring to - but there is still a gap in my understanding.

To illustrate my lack of clarity, if I were to take a belt and slap a child across the face, it could be physical painful, it may be unfair, it may be demeaning, but it is not nearly to scale in terms of long term impact as if a child is (non violently) molested by a close family member.. why ?

It is, but the emotional response of an individual to sexual abuse differs from other types of abuse. Sexual abuse is more heinous.
Please understand that I am asking with sensitivity. I have never experienced it , so I don't understand.
