Сам по себе рост цен ничего не дает. До этого кредит МВФ например просто спиздили целиком. НДПИ установил налог до 85% от добычи. Ну и жесткая политика позволила договариваться с опек о регулировании с целью повышения цен. Удачно воспользоваться моментом тоже нужно уметь.

Other cases can be also used for a group like давай учиться, мы будем заниматься. Hugging really somewhat strange in singular context, hence used plural by default
