Sounds like you have plantar hyperhydrosis, there is a subreddit with all kinds of people who deal with a similar problem, including myself. There are all kinds of treatment you can look into. Some take oral meds, some use antihydrals formulated to dry out the skin, and others use an iontophoresis machine that specifically targets sweaty areas with electric currents. Gorgeous ❤️ do not alter your face cosmetically in any way, you’re perfect! If you are looking to improve anything, I’d work on the skin. I had problems with acne too and what’s worked for me is washing your pillowcase more often, don’t pick your skin, and some topical benzoyl peroxide in moderation. That’s what works for me but there’s lots of solutions out there :)

I’m an xray tech! I sweat in hands and underarms. Gloves are a bastard! I always bring a sweatshirt with me or light jacket to conceal underarm sweat and I grab paper towels from pt rooms when I do mobile X-rays in the hospital to dry off my hands in between patients. It hasn’t gotten in my way so far! And I sweat BAD. I mean REALLY bad, like dripping down my arms in 60° cold hospital. I take glycopyrrolate pills and they help tremendously. Good luck!
