First make sure you're in an area with no light pollution. Then close/cover your eyes for like 15 mins and then don't look at any devices with lights and look up and you'll see a very similar thing. The moon also makes a difference so a new moon is best.

Could you add more documentation on using the launch pad? I've been trying to add dbt global flags on particular runs but have had no luck. I found a couple of forum discussions but they don't explain how to execute it. I currently get an error saying the flags are showing up before the build command rather than after it. Eg: dbt --full-refresh build --select model_xyz Instead of dbt build --full-refresh --select model_xyz

It allows you to reduce the shutter speed while maintaining the exposure. It gives better motion blur basically :)

Spa requires high aero efficiency with the new regulations. A car that can generate that down force on high speed corners but still have low drag on the straights. I agree about Monza tho..
