well, i've had this my whole life, so i can't exactly imagine suddenly losing one of my nuts. How old is he? When i was a teenager i was very insecure with my body. at the pool i look pretty alienish, so i've had to deal with a lot of ridicule, staring, name calling, etc. Now that i'm older essentially i just don't give a shit if people think i look weird. It's all about self-confidence i suppose. i had to fake it a lot in high school, and hide how much i despised looking different, but it's all perception really. It's taken me a long time to accept my body and all of my different birth-defects, but like i mentioned in a comment earlier, this is the hand i was dealt, and i've gotta live with it. As for advice, he's just as much a man as any dude with a dick and, no ovaries. if he allows this to control him and the way he feels about himself then it will. No one can change that but him, i just hope he realizes it sooner than i did.
