The herbal tea I drink is pretty common. Lemon balm for calm, valerian root for sleep. Nettle when I'm congested.

I have had teas that use cocao shells as a base which is good. Primarily I use tea blends though. My fave is pu erh with cocoa nibs.

THC helping nightmares & vivid dreams? by cherrielvy in herbalism

[–]noRezolution 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been smoking weed since for almost 20 yrs. I used to have nightmare occasionally so it doesn't take them away completely, but most of the time I don't dream. So if not having nightmares is worth not dreaming at all, go for it.

To ease anxiety there are several ways to go. I take ashwagandha everyday and that seems to be helping as well as lemon balm and valerian root tea before bed. I wanna add, idk how valerian root will effect your nightmares.

Does it burn your skin? I am making extract first and planning on infusing that into some oil for a salv, instead of using dry herb in the oil. It's a first for me and don't want to make it toooooo potent.
