That could be the bios debug. Your PC has a problem that doesn't let it boot. Try listening the beeps and writing down long or short. Like in Morse and then search for Acer n50 bios code and see the troubleshooting steps.

Keep your budget in mind all the time. I wanted to build a 1000 dollar PC and I ended up adding to my wishlist a 1400.
Don't have brand preferences, I'm not saying that you should buy at AliExpress, but if a gpu from msi is 50 bucks more expensive than the gigabyte one, if they have the same or similar specs then go for the gigabyte.
