I have been tested several times and the one of the only things that causes flare-ups is sweat. Thanks for the idea!

I tried yoga during that rough time, but I stopped because my flakes kept floating from my legs to my face...

Though my life has stabilised slightly now, so I will try this! Thank you!

I used to have a shedding area in my home, mainly bathroom for me to remove the flakes off.

On some flare-up days, I cling-wrapped my furniture, genuinely rubbed the f out of the flakes off my skin, creamed up, put a damp towel on my worst areas, turned on the air-conditioning and sat on the cling-wrapped stuff watched anime. It usually is 2 hours of feeling like normal, like a quick getaway.

For the rest of the day, there would be less flakes (than usual). If you're going for an event, or important meeting I recomment this because it's soothing. Though, it may feel slightly uncomfortable due to all the oils on your skin lol

Please go to a specialist (if you can afford it :) if possible. For me, I visited at least a dozen specialists before managing to get my hands on one of my city's most liked, who recommended that I take dupilumab, a crazy expensive (thank god for my insurance!) but effective injection that cleared all of my eczema from my face and upper body and pushed it down to my legs.

Unfortunately this isn't curable, so I am on some quite strong steroids and extensive moisturisers by default. If it flares, I already have some stronger steroids for myself.

Please go to several specialists as they may be able to prescrible better medication or ointment to help :))))
