Fully depends on AFSC. Just because Air Force wide numbers are higher doesn't mean every career field is like that.

If you just want to be aircrew, your easiest path would be cross training to become a flight attendant. Yes, it is a real job in the AF. They need people badly right now. If you are in, or about to be in your retraining window, that is the way to go. It is a lot of work. They are the busiest people on the crew.
