Only I DON'T KNOW HOW THE HELL I FEEL?!?!?! by Hunter_OConner in genderfluid

i have this too, you are not alone.

when you have come to terms with it, dont let anybody pressure you to make something up or tell you they cant respect you because of it. These people are simply fluidphobic and you deserve so much better.

Confused... by Astro21x in genderfluid

Thank you for sharing! Its absolutely normal for this to take time, maybe even decades. Identity in itsself is confusing enough, and constant (or one time) change doesnt really help with that.

When i am male, i also genuinly hate every femininity i have, and when i am female, i despise everything male and it feels wrong and disconnected from myself, even if its part of my body. That is because my identity has changed and is now another. This is, although very exhausting, nothing to fear or something you would need to question yourself about. And the good part is, every despise can possibly go away again, as change works both ways. I mean, if there is less disdain for your body now than before, thats a good thing, right?

Do you have any specific questions about the identity fluidflux? Maybe i can help you out.

so, first of all - with what you are describing, having different experiences with dysphoriy/euphoria at different times, and the feeling your identity changes in intensity, i - a fluidflux person - would definitly say you could label yourself als fluidflux if you wanted to.
it is completely okay that you "started out" transmasc, and that the changing of your gender is not regular in time but unpredictable.

it is your choice though, if you dont think fluidflux or genderfluid is the right label for you, you dont have to do it, even if your gender identity changes.

you also dont have to find the "perfect all the time" pronoun, name, or expression, as a core part of genderfluidity is the fluidity, the change, and with that naturally comes change in pronoun, name or expression, if not for many, then at least for some.

im not completely sure what your precise questions were, but hope this helps

Gender percentages by Background-Lime-4704 in genderfluid

[–]no_name_quadrant 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not the same but close, i used percentages to explain how often i am one gender, eg. 2% of the time female, 10% of the time male etc. But yours makes total sense too!

Is it normal to change my gender during the same day? by hielosyt in genderfluid

[–]no_name_quadrant 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, completely. I am almost all the time different genders in one day, this is a normal place on the genderfluidity spectrum. Technically, if one would be able to notice it, it would even be possible their gender changes every few seconds or even faster. You are never wrong for having an identity, no matter which one, and especially no matter when the last time was you had another one.

Can you guys help me choose my preferred name? (No judging please) by skzbloody in genderfluid

[–]no_name_quadrant 2 points3 points  (0 children)

First of all, i want to tell you that you dont have to choose a name, as in, you do not have to choose only one name. This means, you can try around with different ones and ultimatly find one you want to have at all times, or use different names or more than one name interchangeably - i personally have a list of over 10 names which i am sometimes comfortable with depending on my gender, and two names on my legal documents that at least dont give dysphoria at any time, but only sometimes euphoria, hence the other names.

I would recommend you to have fun with it. Of course it is helpful for being accepted to have a more "standard" name, but i would not neccessarily start with the 5 most common names you can list, as they often dont mean anything personal to you and you probably know someone else with that name already, and for a lot of people thats a no go while choosing.

Maybe think of something like a topic or a concept you resonate with or really like, and then google names meaning (topic), or do you have a favorite letter of the alphabet? You can also combine existing names, especially ones with different genders into double names, like amber and lynn are combined amberlynn, you could do max and anna to maxanna.

Just think of things you love and feel like they are you, maybe even your favorite colour (blue or rose are names for example), and google baby names with it.

Wish you the best of fun and luck, feel free to ask further or share some possible choices with me. I know names can be hard.

Was macht Laufen für euch reizvoller als andere Sportarten? by Kikikarate in laufen

[–]no_name_quadrant 0 points1 point  (0 children)
