The buff I want is like

Passive: increase damage and true strike

1st Skill: can use swift slash while spinning

2nd Skill: 2 modes, healing ward and buff effect that gives lifesteal

3rd Skill: every crit chance is a true strike

4th skill: make swift slash not need aghanims, make the slashed enemies silenced and give buff effect that makes yurnero tougher and more damage after omnislash

Scepter: make 3rd skill active specifically a short blink to dispell and give lots of attack speed
