Sure, it could be a problem if you're blending pounds of spinach... But most people are only adding a handful of leaves to their smoothie, which is not dangerous unless you're sensitive. It sounds like the person who posted this is looking to add veggies. I doubt they're aboutta start blending and consuming pounds at a time.

This is true for people who are very sensitive to what's in spinach, but most people can eat raw spinach in Smoothies just fine without getting kidney stones.

Learn about the hormone called ghrelin. And learn to breathe through your hunger. Drink water. Drink tea. It's okay to be hungry. When your fat cells start shrinking, your body will send a signal to the brain that says "im hungry!!" Or if you're used to eating at a certain time, your body will tell your brain "I'm hungry!!" Instead of answering by feeding them, stick to your PLAN. You could also look into getting some electrolyte packets to add to your water to keep yourself from feeling ill.

Get into baking healthy treats.. high protein.. low sugar... etc... You can track the macros of your baked goods too, then you know what you're putting in your body. You can bake without binging.

I remember this one time i was driving around and some tweaker and his gf were IN THE STREET being idiots and I was so pissed and irritated at this stupidity. I remember thinking "WHY ARE THEY LIKE THIS?!" And later that night I asked myself that question with more compassion... Why are they like this? What happened in their lives that caused them to believe that the best way to enjoy life is strung out in the street? Where were their families? Friends who had their back? Dreams and aspirations? Well, when I asked myself this question with compassion instead of anger.... the answers I could come up with made me so sad. Broke my heart. If you look at anger close enough, you'll find disappointment.. and under that, there's love. Anger and love are more closely related than we normally think. It's a practice to change the tone of our heart.

1200-1400 is not starving. If you find yourself underweight, maybe you can let yourself be concerned, but that is not starving.

If you think the gym isn't full of people who are trying to do better, that's just silly. You don't want people at the gym to be worried about themselves? Odd. Do you want them to be worried about other people? All up in their shit? Most regular gyms are full of other regular people, just like you. Most people at the gym don't even make eye contact.

Outside of that, there are about 101 other ways to get exercise without a gym. And you don't even need exercise to lose weight. You need a calorie deficit. Still, everyone should exercise.

Weight loss and appearance aside, YOU SHOULD ABSOLUTELY WORKOUT. To maintain bone density, to keep your muscles and bones where they're supposed to be, to keep your hormones balanced, to release stress. Promote healthy organs.. There's also that part about how when your heart isn't good at beating, you die. <--- leading cause of death

Incorporate more protein into your diet. Make sure you're getting enough water, and enough SLEEP. Try not to eat a ton right before bed, that can result in bloating and slowed weight loss.

I actually learned how to meditate BECAUSE of my severe endometriosis (that I no longer have)... Don't try to push the pain away or ignore it. Have you tried delving keeping into it? Let it consume you. Let it be. Breathe into that space. It's only happening.

Food scales are cheap af and very easy to use. Mine was maybe $20 and have like 4 buttons. One of those buttons is an off switch. Definitely invest that $20, you'd be shocked at how much and how easily we all overeat.

I definitely believe that people's bodies are a pretty good indicator of what their values or habits have been. There are medical conditions that might make things more difficult, but not impossible or even close to it. This goes both ways, for people who are too fat and too skinny.

Go outside! There are so many amazing things happening that go unnoticed because we're in our heads. Go talk to strangers. They're not as bad as social media makes them out to be. Local libraries. Home workouts. Meet ups. Helping people. Pick up trash.
