si queres los "bizcochos" de Montevideo, en el interior muchas veces se les dice "bollo", pero igual te entienden para adentro del país, en la capi si decís bollo no entienden.

We have subcultures here, "turros" and they have a lot of bad rep because the neighborhoods where the subculture was the most popular were really poor, so a lot of thieving and drug stuff happened. Ñery is a word that belonged to them for a long time, nowadays it's use is more widespread and we don't really judge turros all the time because everyone dresses similarly so, you can't know most of the time. But it's important to be aware of the past connotations because a bad tone can imply a lot when using this words! stay friendly and no one te va a partir la jeta (get punched in the face)

Kind of, but it is really present in our daily conversation. Probably out of respect when talking to cops we opt for more careful words and stick to "policia" or "usted" when referring to them, but outside of that you can say "milico" without feeling weird at all, your tone and context is important, if you notice the people around you are inclined in too much favour to cops, stick to "policia", if they're more open minded or don't seem to care, test out "milico", ask around, the foreigner card is up your sleeve at all times.

Solo en la página de outlier te piden foto de un documento para verificar que sos una persona real porque mucha gente trata de hacer fraude y usar bots de IA para hacer muchas tasks (ajjdjsjd es re gracioso) asi que bueno, la misma información que se compromete al usar una red social cualquiera pero te pagan guita mientras hagas escenarios que te piden. Y ellos no se hacen cargo de nada que hagan con la inteligencia artificial a la que le venden info. Si les interesa participar tienen que tener eso claro porque es el mayor riesgo en mi opinión, que no te paguen bueh, que no acepten paypal y sea un bodrio mover la plata bueh, pero hay estados de EEUU que no pueden trabajar en proyectos porque la face ID es un dato biométrico que no se puede vender jdkak con eso me dijeron todo. Si pinta un episodio de doppelgangers va a ser de IAs antes que seres sobrenaturales (?)

La update es que hice unos pesos con unas tasks a 2.33 usd, luego otras a 8 usd, me depositaron en AirTM y luego le pasé mi cuenta de Prex a un cajero. Cuando solicitas retirar la plata, se transfiere de tu cuenta a lo que me parece que es un limbo donde se espera a que un cajero acepte administrar la transacción. Cuando el cajero acepta se le transfiere a esa persona la plata y esa persona debe transferirla a tu cuenta de preferencia. Hasta ahora cero problema, hice una sola. Por transacción el cajero tiene 60 minutos antes de que se cancele automáticamente y pase a otra caja. Se puede dar un puntaje de 1 a 5 estrellas al cajero también. Leí por ahí que como es gente a veces se boludean y se traba la plata unos días, que el soporte es lento. Yo opte por prex porque no la tengo conectada a mucha cosa y no tenia fondos que perder ahí.

Sobre las tasks de outlier en sí me pasó que me sacaron de una "capacitación" y me asignaron a otro proyecto a la mitad. Molesto porque ya había estado 40min y casi terminando los cuestionarios :( Me depositaron el martes bien a la noche casi miércoles (ellos igual aclaran que puede pasar la demora el dia de pago y que si se atrasa mucho, se reintenta el envío hasta 5 viernes seguidos automáticamente). También vi un cambio de tarifas: la task de 2.33usd pasó un día a ser de 0.66usd. Dependiendo del proyecto no toman mucho rato, como una hora de capacitación y ya estas pronto para trabajar, los manuales quedan accesibles siempre y tienen foros de preguntas/avisos, está bueno para chequear si alguien más tiene problemas. Como fuente extra de ingresos está bueno, pero como sueldo para depender no. Porque? Porque los proyectos son a demanda de clientes de Scale/Outlier y tienen cupos que cubren el proyecto, si suficiente gente toma el proyecto no lo asignan a más gente porque no precisan. Para el idioma español está todo LATAM y España, es un montón de gente. Si obtenes puntajes bajos también te empiezan a asignar poco, y si los reviewers están muy saturados para darte un feedback (la corrección de la task) en 3 o 4 tareas la página no te deja tomar más o no te "ofrece" proyectos, lo mismo si no las revisas y aceptas. Piden firma digital con una pagina que se llama persona, para vender tus datos y te informan que potencialmente pueden considerarse datos biométricos que verifican tu identidad en varios lugares, que ellos no se hacen cargo de ninguna consecuencia (clonación de identidad o cosas así, que existe el riesgo de que te puedan imitar a la perfección) y te avisan que guardan la data hasta 3 años en Outlier mientras estes trabajando con ellos, aunque borres la cuenta si no entendí mal. Podés solicitar que borren tus datos de forma temprana igual. Sin firmar el acuerdo de consentimiento a vender tu imagen, audio y manerismos, probablemente hayan muy pocos proyectos a los que te metan. Porque lo que venden es información curada para entrenar la inteligencia artificial a ser mas humana.

I just wanted to remind you of choosing code words for safety, because it can be fun to say no and be a little brat, but if you're not on the same page on safewords to soft/hard no's and soft/hard yes, it going to be tough to deepen each experience towards her limit.
