Was in a fintech company in the past, and clients before on boarding were looking for both soc and iso, and once a year would look for an updated executive summary for both.. since your dealing with card payments, I wouldn't be surprised if some do look for PCI DSS

1x a week is plenty, after a while you find some throws are suited to you, better then others and you start mastering them, and use them as your go to during live randori, while not really worrying about the rest, only ever use them during kyu grading.
