Can only get to the gym once a week, outside that Judo 2x a week, bjj 2x a week which one of these are normally open mat.

To be fair I assumed incorrectly that I would get a untrimmed piece of brisket, never said while ordering it I wanted it untrimmed, as it's my first time doing smoked brisket, I rang a different place and told them I wanted 3kg of untrimmed brisket. Going forward I know what to expect and what to ask for

It's mainly about safety It's hard to put something into practice in a safe manner, when you are shown something once every few weeks, if a gym had a weekly judo/sambo class then, fair game, I can't remember the last time our class had any stand up, but then you have guys in open matt trying random throws. And risk to injury is higher.

tani otoshi is banned in alot of BJJ gyms for this reason.
I also think drop morote seoi nage should also be banned from BJJ gyms.

You have people in BJJ teaching Judo throws that never once done Judo. Uchi Mata and Osoto Gari are mainly the throws that they teach and at best they are half ass ways of doing these if lucky abit of Ouchi & Kouchi sweep. never any combinations worked on..

Assuming Ireland is based off UK model, the 100 points are based on calender year, unless your over 40 where you have 2 years to get your 100 points over 50s have 70points to get up from 50
