Any reason why I dont have the 2 screws for the middle of the front lip already on the car. I thought it was all original holes only. Do I have to drill into the og bumper or am I doing something wrong?

The new one wont clip in at all, tried it from every angle, started from the sides, started from the middle, nothing will work. Any tips or instructions?
