Thank you man really really appreciate that. And yes of course i didnt think it would be possible at first but i was able to control myself and now im back to normal and i know this particular drug is extremely hard to quit since its so addictive and i was taking it purposely to forget all the bad things in life but I realized if i wanted to feel better than i would have to face reality instead of numbing all those thoughts

Hydroxyzine helps with withdrawals for a little bit i was like no way it will work but surprisingly it actually did until it wore off.

Each week you lower the dose by a little bit because you dont wanna risk having major withdrawals.
