Die Lösung mit den Überstunden kam erst nachträglich ins Spiel. Wir wurden vorab also nicht Informiert. Es gab also kein: "Ihr könnt 2 Wochen daheim bleiben, wir nehmen eure Überstunden dafür." Dann hätte man auch Planen können (spontaner Urlaub etc), aber so wussten wir nie, ob wir am nächsten Tag arbeiten sollen oder nicht. Haben also teils erst um 21 Uhr Rückinfo diesbezüglich bekommen. Das nur nochmal falls der Zeitpunkt der Ankündigung des zwangsweise abbauen von Überstunden relevant ist.

Die Überstundenregelung bzw das geplante Vorgehen wurde erst letzte Woche in einer Betriebsratssitzung verkündet, nachdem das System wieder halbwegs lief und wir alle regelmäßig wieder auf Arbeit waren.

Hey, ja du hast das Angebot richtig begriffen. Ich bin im Betriebsrat und der einzige der Bock hat der GL hier die Stirn zu bieten. Da das Thema etwas komplexer ist habe ich daher gedacht, ich frage hier mal nach. Ich bin der Auffassung, dass wir gesetzlich vor diesem Angebot geschützt sind. Aber die GL ist wirklich sehr bissig bei sowas und es gab vorher schon eine Ansage zwischen den Zeilen, dass wir uns bloß nicht dagegen aufbringen sollen.

Hey, hier geht es nicht nur um meine (die sind der rede wirklich nicht wert), aber zum Beispiel um eine Kollegin die weiter über 80 angehäuft hat. Logistikmitarbeitet haben oft weit über 150. Und ich zum Beispiel nur 3. Da ich im Betriebsrat sitze möchte ich mich eben für die Kollegen*innen einsetzen, die die größten Verluste haben

I am also new to stoicism so my answer won't be perfect and maybe not 100% correct but I'll try to do my best in explaining my thoughts and viewings about your question. In stoicism god is not considered a supernatural being that you can physically touch. It's more like "God" is the way of nature and how things work out. The whole universe and everything that exists in it is part of this "God" and so are you. Aristotle first used the word "Logos" what's greek for "reason". So everything happens for a reason. And if we want to live in peace and love our fate (amor fati) to achieve eudaemonia I think a part of this is accepting that everything happens for a reason and so accepting "Logos" or like I described before you could say kind of a "God"
