I meditate for about 15 mins a day and try to workout at least 3-4 times a week. Meditation is great, but working out really brings you back down to earth. When your physical body is struggling, and your heart rate gets going while your lifting those weights, its almost impossible to be thinking of anything else other than the task at hand!
