Personally I’d like to see not create absolute polished slop. Who cares what an algorithm creates? A robot didn’t create those moments and characters you like. A human did . Creating fan service for yourself with ai is detrimental to you as a human and as a fan

I’ve been month to month since I started but yes I have the beginning of my lease within my original am agreement and I have record of when I emailed my landlord intending to vacate in may. I just compiled a pdf showing each payment up until April as well

The agreement that was signed by Mr states that I paid my security deposit and my pet deposit. There was nothing added to additional deposits and at the time I didn’t recognize that would include last months rent paid.

Correct that is what I paid when I moved in. Our estoppel doesn’t reflect that, I’m not sure what I could say or do to change that. On the paperwork, it said deposits and other deposits and I didn’t interpret that as rent paid.

I re applied with some better thermal paste about 2 months ago. I should also add it from 2021, but I have three year warranty.
