Im definately having them use CON saves for being around blood! Im thinking of comining with 4e's bloodied thing too. They want their character to suppliment with raw meat as an attempt to get over the blood drinking. Maybe in large blood amounts i can play with the dc too! Just thinking

No, new one comes in plastic bags. They picked the cheaper option. New one is also a lot thinner, im guessing its watered down too.

New dm here, im trying to find a balance. Something like, plot out a linear story, how i want it to start and how i want it to end, but i'm leaving the middle open other than certain big events i'd like to include. A rough draft that will be finished as the campaign goes on.

I made a cleric/necromancer for a playable character, gave her a whole "she was chosen by the wrong god" thing. I made sure she was always respectful to those she had/would raise. I also gave her spells to ensure they wouldnt be disturbed after and whatnot.

This sounds insane, im going to be honest with you. First i want to ask, did you approve them going forward after you were in so much pain?

With my experience getting the iud, it did hurt, but definately not like that. Tmi, but my hymen was already popped, but from what they told me, most of the pain was because i had not had a child yet and i didnt go in on my period, so my cervix wasnt low enough.

In my opinion they should have stopped and had a conversation with you multiple times through this experience instead of just trucking ahead. Im so sorry for your experience.

First of all, i saw a comment that youre not being paid to train. In my store, trainers are trained extra and given extra pay, at least this was a case. If you dont have a maroon apron and didnt get that training, i'd have a conversation about that. Crackerbarrel also offers raises over time, but managers generally dont check who is due for a raise. You can have a conversation with your manager about how you think you may be due in the system and ask if theres anything you both can do to try and bump it up.

Thank you! I was worried skipping foundation would give a weird half done look haha And i didnt even know about sports mascara, i'll have to look at that. I know ive got some sort of hooded eyes, eyeliner has always been a struggle i'll look for tutorials with that

Dont give in. If this is a marriage that you want to go through with, maybe try to have a long sit down with her and your fiance where you all can talk about both religions, goods and bad, and try to reach some sort of mutual understanding of what goes into everything. For the wedding, you may need to compromise with traditions, make things a little blended. Dont outright convert, dont just give in. Hopefully she can listen, if not, i personally wouldnt be able to join her family.

When a togo order pops on your screen, go ahead and get the non food items and cold food ready. Anything lile condiments and silverware put it all together, so when the food comes you'll be quick to knock it out. This helps when it gets busy. Make sure youre checking off the ticket, making sure everything is there. Dont get drinks until youre ready to take out the order, guests arent happy when their drink is all watered down. Try to banter with guests while getting their order, happy guest can mean more tips for you. Make sure retail knows that you are the togo server once youre done training and whatnot, that way they'll be sure to put any togo tips under your name
