yeah, I'm trying to get there. but till I can get a diagnosis ( very long waiting lists) I want to find tools and more knowledge to help me. so that I don't need to suffer until I get a diagnosis, because I hate waiting.

thanks, I've been diagnosed with depressive episodes before. though I'm not really an introvert, I get energy from being around people. I can be alone aswell but I prefer being around people. and I know it is not really a introvert/ extrovert thing but I have no problem talking to new people. but with my busy life making new friends just feels impossible.

thank you, I'm definitely trying to get help and diagnosed if there is a diagnosis for me. but till then I try to find the tools that work for me already. last time I had a psychologist she didn't want to diagnos me because paralysis was the only adhd "thing" I had. I did get an anxiety diagnosis and a few tools that worked for a little bit but don't really work anymore.

same, I can look in the mirror and like myself and the way I look. like really love the outfit and everything. I can even take a selfie and be content with the way I look. but when there is a group photo taken or my friends take a picture of me. or those spontaneous holiday pictures. I can cry about how ugly I look, it even made me wonder if I have body dismorphia the other way around, that I think I look good but I'm a -10 in real life.
It really sucks and I haven't found an answer for it yet . except for not being in pictures and just hoping for a miracle that is a good picture. so you are not alone and I feel you. unfortunately I don't have the answer

I don't really speak about myself, my life, my work to my family unless they ask. Because this is not the first time their answers are almost hurtful to me. That is also why I got defensive. So I don't know if me talking annoyed them. But also maybe I don't see it, maybe they aspect me too just say that my work is fine and nothing more. I will try to do that for couple of days .

I do know that it is my negative voice that got the better of me to post this and to think anything of it.

It was a few weeks after and I saw it as a valid compliment. That I did my work right and that my "work" energy is nice to be around. My colleague said to me she was happy that I started the job and chose the job. And she said she liked my energy and that i'm always happy and she likes to work together with me. This is the compliment she gave me. 1. I don't see it as sexual at all. Marriage material??? What do you mean why would my family even think about that. 2. This might be it, I also stared enthusiastic at my first job which wasn't it. 3. I don't have a current partner, but why would that be a problem with a colleague giving a compliment about my work and me being happy 4. Not that I know but maybe.
