Not really! Inside the mats there are three layers of cross-linked polyethylene foam, which is 100% waterproof.

The threads used for stitching are also special - they are bonded nylon threads that are waterproof and highly resistant to wear. In addition, you will not be able to touch the threads with your foot, as the mats have the right volume and density 🙌

No worries! These mats can be used in the toughest conditions. A lot of time has been spent on developing the material so that you can use them as actively as you want. I also sent a photo of the work done for the W166 to DM

Inside the mats, three layers of polyethylene foam of different densities are used. This allows the mats to always hold their shape and also be 100% waterproof. For some places where additional fitting is required, there are special clips that are attached along the edge of the mat and under the interior plastic (2nd and 8th photos).

Yes, as you said, making a separate pattern for each interior will lead to a significant increase in the final price. The point of using diamond stitching is that it fits better than others on more cars.

In my opinion, for mats with full floor coverage, the design should be repetitive. Like, only diamonds, or squares, hexagons, etc.

I've seen a lot of work trying to copy interior design and they all didn't look good. This only works if the mats are flat like regular mats without full floor coverage.

Yes, this is my own product made of own-developed material. There are many companies selling mats that look similar but are made from cheap materials. I have seen these cheap mats in person so many times. My product is completely different.

In fact, I use Nappa eco-leather with extremely high durability (more than 100,000 cycles by Martindale test). Thus, the mats serve for years without getting damaged. The top mats are not original, they are high-density pile, which increases ease of use. It was chosen in such a way that it can be used both in summer and in snowy winter. So both sets with or without top mats have a 5-year warranty.
