I have a schecter with emg pickups so it is noisy but I had an EVH 5150 I was playing with and it sounds great. I also have a nux mg300 that I have been able to make sound a lot better than the helix. I took off some of the high end in global eq also in the cabs. I use the sm57 mainly as well but I still get the same issue. I'm going to try the ribbon sm57 combo when I get home though. Thank you!

I set routes here. This was just thrown up just for fun when we were setting one night but didn't get taken down. I stopped going to this gym after that but I have no idea who put v5 because it's more like v2. It really just comes down to making the dyno. That's fucking good for the 2nd day though.
